This lens, with its very shallow DOF can melt a background into washes of pastel color. Very fast, very sharp, very expensive and very heavy. You'll want a monopod although these images were all shot handheld. Notice how shallow the DOF is, very noticeable in the first image. NOTE: All images here were captured at f/2.0!!! SHARP!!! SHARP!!! SHARP!!!
